

As the lead for First Citizens Bank's Digital Wallet 360 campaign, I spearheaded the entire creative process, from conceptualization to art direction and design. Our primary goal was to highlight the convenience and security of contactless payments, encouraging customers to transition from physical cards to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. I managed the development of a comprehensive suite of deliverables, including dedicated landing pages for each digital wallet, animated and static banner ads, consumer emails, in-branch handouts, and ATM screen displays. Each element was crafted to showcase the seamless and secure payment experience these modern technologies provide.
